Field Labor Supervisors Lodge 2643, chartered by the American Federation of Government Employees, was organized in 1966. Its primary purpose was to unite all first-line field supervisors of the U. S. Department of Labor. In 1970 the Lodge was forced to withdraw from the AFGE under Executive Order 11491.
